Have an issue with the iLink LCD unit not connecting back? There are a few items to check.
Check the network settings on the iLink.
Are the IP, Subnet, and Gateway correct? Does the unit have a correct connect-back IP and Port?
Try and force a connect-back from the unit.
Cycle through the menu until you see “Press UP Arrow To Connect-Back”
Press the up arrow and the unit will attempt a connect-back.
If the unit successfully connects to the server, update the firmware on the unit.
Create a new connect-back record for the unit and choose the new firmware (the latest version, check with the factory if you are unsure). Schedule the connect-back and then force a connect-back from the unit.
Once updated, the unit should now correctly connect-back on its designated schedule.
