Getting error - "Library mismatch" in Activity log

This error is caused when a unit is performing a Load or Connect-Back and is having an issue finding the audio files.

Causes:

1. Audio files have been moved or deleted from computer/server.

2. A client/server environment has been setup and the mapped drive on the client does not match where the the files are on the server running Distribution.
