Unable to Receive Connect-Backs

1. Verify your Distribution software is Open on your Computer

2. Confirm that the Connect-Back IP & Port is correct

3. Verify that the server has a connection to the internet (If you are not doing a CB Locally)

4. Confirm that there is no firewall blocking packets in between the unit and the server

5. If your server is behind a router, verify that the router has the correct port forwarded to the correct IP
