"The system cannot find the file specified" error

This error indicates that the software cannot detect your TELink Communication Appliance.

1. Ensure that the TCA is powered on and the Status and USB Lights are both active.

2. If they are not, make sure the USB cable is plugged in securely to both your PC and the TCA.

3. Ensure that the drivers are installed and up to date.

     To do this, right click on the My Computer icon and choose "Manage"

     On the left hand side of the window, choose "Device Manager"

     Verify that you do not have any items listed with a yellow "!" next to the icon for the item.
