• If they are the manufacturer, do they simply put a mass-produced MP3 player inside their case design? Our design is entirely ours – from component placement via advanced MYDATA machines to case design to shipment packaging.

• Do they have the appropriate licensing for supported file type (.mp3, .wma, etc.)? We maintain all required licensing.
