iLink LCD Menu Buttons are Unresponsive

When attempting to make changes to the iLink LCD from the device's menu, the unit appears unresponsive.

This is because the local user controls have been locked.


To unlock, create a new connect-back record for the unit.

Choose the LCD tab and uncheck the box that reads "Lock User Controls".
