Resetting a Messager USB(i)

To reset the Messager USBi;

  • If inserted, please remove the USB drive
  • Follow the attached steps to reformat the USB drive & reload the audio
  • Remove power from the Messager USBi, wait approximately 15 seconds & restore power
  • Once the blue “Status” LED on the face of the unit turn solid, insert the USB drive
  • If in 10 seconds or so the Messager USBi does not recognize the drive, with the UBS drive in the Messager USBi, remove power from the unit, wait a few seconds & restore power
  • If your Still having problems Try formatting the USB
