Messages stop playing
1. Verify the USB stick is formatted FAT or FAT32.
2. Verify files on the USB stick use standard file naming convention. Files can be named using any numbers or characters except the following: / \ : * ? " < > | & (Except the Multi-Messager USB, which must be 1.mp3 through 99.mp3)
3. Verify that there are no more than 512 audio files on the USB stick for unit date codes 1030XXXX and below.
4. Verify that there are no more than 1024 audio files on the USB stick for unit date codes 1031XXXX and above.
5. Make sure there is no metadata in the file. See Verifying the correct audio format For USB.
