If you require a factory reset but are unable to connect to the unit then you can factory reset a unit from the display

Resetting a unit will not change any of the connect-back settings or IP Settings

Please Follow these instruction to reset the unit: 


  1. Press Menu on the unit until you get to "Format unit and reboot"

  2. Press Select and then up to confirm the Reset - Older units may also have you do a pattern, that pattern is: Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down

  3. The unit should reboot and should reset
