How to use Interval to schedule reoccurring messages

The Interval setting in NTL Studio will allow you to set up messages that will play over audio that is currently playing. When the interval function is used it can lower the currently playing audio down to about 20% and then it will turn up the messages that you have selected to 80% Volume. The message will then play and the original audio will be brought back up after the message is done playing.

You can use Mixer Mode to make the audio fade in and out at your desired speed.

To use The Interval setting please follow these steps:

  1. Upload the Audio that you would like to play for both the background and the messages - You can also use the BGM input for the audio

  2. Put the Audio into playlists, one with your Background music and one with your messages
  3. Make a Schedule with your background music and set it to your desired dates
  4. Make a Schedule with your Messages, set the interval to the time that you would like in between each message like pictured below
  5. Upload changes to the unit and verify that the messages are playing
  6. (Optional) Turn on Mixer mode and set your fade settings
