1. Ensure that the wires in place are securely connected at both ends, and free of breaks, fraying, or missing insulation.

2. Make sure the file is formatted correctly. Recommended MP3 parameters are Mono, 128k Bit Rate (kbs), 44 KHz (44100 Hz) Sample Rate

3. Use The Internal Speaker to listen to the audio - How To Turn on/off Internal Speaker

4. Verify that You have Audio scheduled in the Play Action of NTL Studio.

5. Reboot the unit

6. Try Direct Connecting and Reloading the audio on the Unit.

7. Verify the Audio is Up on the Correct Channel Output.
