Troubleshoot Unit Disconnecting from Wi-Fi

  1. Make sure that the Unit is close to the Wireless router but not right next to it. You should be at least a few feet away from the router

  2. Make Sure that the password for the Wireless is correct. If the Password is incorrect the unit will try to connect and then fail
  3. Ensure that the Antenna is screwed onto the Unit securely
  4. Verify that the Wireless hasn't had any other problems recently
